Prashant Dahat is practising Advocate of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, he is representing Government Departments including PSUs, Municipal Corporations, Zilla Parishads, Universities and various Independent State Corporations as a Special Counsel, Standing Counsel and Panel Counsel before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay since last 15 years. He has substantial experience of handling civil, criminal, constitutional, service, arbitration and commercial disputes in various fora including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts. He deals and engages directly with the Higher Government Officials on a regular basis to understand the intricate issues being faced by the Government Departments in order to provide solutions for such issues. He exclusively appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay on regular basis. He is also on the advisory board of the Governor of some of the States in the territory of India.
